The Department of Information Technology of K. C Das Commerce College was opened in the year 2005. The department has three number of faculty members who conduct both theory as well as practical classes of B.Com under Gauhati University and also the classes of Computer Science and Application of Higher Secondary under Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). The Department is well equipped with latest hardware and software lab (air conditioned). It has 40 latest desktop PCs, all are connected through LAN and Wi-Fi.
