Student who has passed the H.S.L.C. examination of SEBA or any other equivalent examination recognized by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).

A student who has passed Pre-University/Pre-Degree/ Higher Secondary Examination in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other equivalent examination.

A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) or any Board or Council recognized by Gauhati University.

A student who has passed the three year Diploma Course in Engineering recognized by Gauhati University and having obtained at least 50% marks.

A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination in Arts, Science or Commerce.

A student who has passed the Pre-University/Pre-Degree Examination/Higher Secondary Examination or any other equivalent examination from any recognized University.

Only students who have passed Mathematics at the class 12 level are eligible for admission. However, not to deprive students in Higher Secondary without Mathematics as one subject and who have been considering opting for Economics course, this eligibility criterion will be in force only from the third year of implementation of the syllabus.

A student who has passed the B.Com. Examination (three year course) of the Gauhati University with Major or any other University is eligible for admission into M.Com. 1st semester class.

M.Com 1st Semester admission will take place immediately after the declaration of B.Com. Six semester result.

A student who has passed the Degree Examination from any recognized University.
